Jade Garden in Monroe

Food was inedible!!! I told the waitress and she just grabbed my plate and walked off. My sister had to go to the bathroom and throw up! Horrible food all together and I would recommend that you go somewhere else!!!

Food was awesome. Service was awful. Our waitress had an ear bud in and was yapping away the WHOLE time. Zero customer service. Told the guy at the counter whenly we left and he didn't even acknowledge our concerns. Rugs around the buffets were super sticky.

This place is consistently getting worse as the years go by. The quality of food has dropped. The staff has become less friendly. It never fails that I'll leave the restaurant not feeling well from the food. Seems to be MSG related.

Jade Garden has nice service and the food is very good.

There aren't as many Chinese food options in the area as we'd like, so we have eaten here quite a few times. The servers are always nice, and we've hardly ever had an issue. Some things are better than others - the crab legs aren't great, but there are several good dishes on the buffet.

Wow! Best crab rangoons I've had in years. The food is fresh and the buffet has many items from which to select. The beef and broccoli is also a very good choice.

It has good food but the people dont talk much. Waiter never asked if we needed anything or for refills.

The BEST Chinese buffet in town! There is absolutely no comparison. The food is always hot and fresh. The service is always friendly. After you eat at Jades, the other Chinese buffets are disappointments.

I llike the food, bit find the staff cold and univiting of younger guests.

Had good food but I went on 3/15/19 at 12pm and the waitresses were rude and they only talked to men and laughed with men. They ignored me and my kids and gave me dirty looks. Also I was there for a about 10 minutes 10 of the hour I spent there and they already gave me my check before we even sat down with our first plate. I will not be going back.

Love that place. Use to be my favorite place to go a couple years ago when I stayed on that side of town!!!

Good buffet, cheap price

Best place we've ever been! 15 plus years! Not a sushi bar or hibachi grill, if you're looking for that. Fresh food speaks for itself.

Very neat little Chinese restaurant in Monroe, La. It's small and humble with some very good food and great prices. They do buffet, menu or take out and it is a pleasant atmosphere to dine in. The reason for four stars is because believe it or not, this is the first Chinese restaurant that I've been to in my 40 years of life that had NO BROCCOLI in any of the dishes. It was more fascinating than a let down.
